WRITING THE NEWS REPORTER'S SCRIPT

I took charge of devising the script for the news reporting scene in our short film opening.

NEWS REPORTER- 

I am now live from the scene in Esher, Surrey where husband and wife have been found dead in their small cottage. The police have asked any people who may know anything about the case to come forward.

I’m just getting some information in now… the women has been examined and it looks as though she has severe bruising to the neck, again the police as pleading for any information people might know, whether this involves seeing the husband and wife earlier in the day or thinking you may know something which will impact the rest of the case.

From the looks of things, this is unordinary.. I feel perhaps the police are hiding something, looking for a specific person who may have been affected similarly to come forward.
